As a locally owned Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) company, A/C Technical Services, LLC has been providing HVAC services since 1991. We are your neighbors. We live here and want to improve the quality of life for all of our neighbors. We provide quality commercial and residential repair, installation, metal fabrication and preventative maintenance services. For over years, we have served the San Antonio, Central Texas and South Texas areas, providing quality installation and maintenance to residential, commercial and industrial customers. We have built an excellent reputation because of our commitment to our customers.

1991: We started

A/C Technical Services, LLC

Gregg and Carol Zinsmeyer are Partners at A/C Technical Services, LLC. They opened the business in 1991. Gregg has been in the industry for years, literally growing up in the air conditioning business. Gregg is active in many local and national industry-related organizations and has extensive knowledge in the design, fabrication and implementation of commercial projects. Gregg and Carol are both dedicated to quality workmanship and professionalism at A/C Technical Services, LLC.

A/C Technical has earned the  2023 Accredited Quality Contractor (AQC) recertification

AC Technical Services is proud to announce to be recognized by Associated Builders and Contractors (ABC) as an accredited quality contractor. ABC has honored award-winning construction projects for over 30 years. ABC contractor members submit their projects in the excellence in construction competition and the projects will be judged by a board of architects. The ABC members are committed to safety management such as hire safety orientations, toolbox safety meetings, and substance abuse programs (ABC's Top Performers 2023).
