We Provide Sheet Metal Fabrication

We have a 16,000-square foot facility, where we are able to fabricate the necessary materials for your needs. All of the technicians work together with supervisors to tackle any problems that may arise; our teamwork is your asset. We offer Computer Numerical Control-Aided frame cutting and high definition plasma cutting among our capabilities to support customized metal fabrication services. For precision jobs, we provide plasma cutting that is even suitable for material up to a couple of inches. Widths of up to one hundred and forty four inches can be accepted. Tolerance levels can be maintained to +/- 1/32 of an inch. Work can be done from the Computer-Aided Design templates and drawings that are supplied by you.

Specialty Metal Fabrication

The process of metal fabrication includes the manufacturing of metal components by altering the raw metals with the use of several tools. The procedure can be categorized as hot, warm or cold based on the temperature at which the material is processed. For example, many things that are around you like computers, nails, bolts, machinery or instrument parts, automobile parts and paper clips can be transformed by the process of metal fabrication. They could be bent, punched, drilled, ground, tuned or threaded. The factors which have an impact on the process include the kind of material which gets machined, the production rate, the physical requirements and the spacial geometry of a particular part.

A/C Technical Services, LLC uses two major methods among various mechanical services of metal fabrication in San Antonio, Texas. These are Plasma Cutting and Four Coil Line.

Plasma Cutting

The Plasma Cutting Machines use an arc to cut the selected metal into pieces that may be used for any specific need.

The part fittings may be entered into the computer which, in turn, will engage the machine and produce templates.

These templates can then be transformed into the final desired product.

Four Coil Capacity Coil Line

Rolls weighing ten thousand pounds are brought into the line of coil and run through machines to finish the straight duct processes. Internal insulation is applied at that time. The rolling facility can handle materials ranging with thickness starting at 24ga to 1/4″ thick. We can also provide notching, arc welding and punching by our licensed welders to meet your specific needs. We offer a one-stop shop for all your customized fabrication needs. We provide same-day and urgent services by arranging Just-in-Time deliveries to maintain the schedules, based in San Antonio, Texas.
